To order a Costa Catamaran we offer a manufacturer direct route where you place a deposit to reserve a future build slot for your model of choice. As you wait for construction to begin you get to choose all of the features that will personalize your chosen model. Features such as gelcoat colors, upholstery design. electronics and stereo packages, as well as upgrades such as windlasses, additional seating, additional rod holders, and lighting upgrades.

Costa's staff is divided into 6 departments - Lamination (Construction of the composite parts), Assembly (putting the parts together/assembly of the boat), Finishing (Quality control of the gelcoat surfaces), Pre-rig (building boat side wiring harnesses), Final Rigging (Wiring and parts assembly throughout the entire boat to completion), Inventory Control (Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, Kit Building, Parts Pickup/Delivery), and Admin (Customer Care, Sales, Operations).
